ProGlove unveils MARK Pro at ProPulse 2026 in Chicago

Industry leaders from Amazon, Ford, Gap, Toyota and Locus Robotics join ProGlove to explore AI, automation and the future of frontline work

Munich, Germany / Chicago, USA — September 30, 2026 — ProGlove, a global leader in industrial wearable solutions, today unveiled MARK Pro, its next generation of wearable scanning technology, at ProPulse 2026 at the Art Institute of Chicago.

The launch takes place as ProGlove brings together leaders from Amazon, Ford Motor Company, Gap, Toyota, Locus Robotics and a new generation of AI and robotics companies to discuss how technology is changing manufacturing, logistics and frontline work.

Under the theme “From Industry Legacy to Workforce Intelligence,” ProPulse focuses on a central challenge facing industrial organizations: how to combine people, operational data, AI and automation to improve productivity while creating better ways of working for frontline teams.

“The next chapter of industrial transformation is not about people versus technology — it is about how intelligently we connect the two,” said Konstantin Brunnbauer, CEO of ProGlove. “ProPulse brings together leaders who are already putting AI, robotics and connected technologies to work in real operations. With MARK Pro, we are taking the next step in our own vision: connecting the frontline worker, the workflow and operational intelligence more seamlessly.”

MARK Pro: The next generation of wearable productivity

Unveiled by Marcel Kars, CRO of ProGlove, and Danijel Juric, Technical Design Lead, MARK Pro represents the latest addition of ProGlove’s wearable technology portfolio.

Designed for demanding industrial environments, MARK Pro builds on ProGlove’s approach to hands-free scanning to put greater control in the hands of frontline workers, helping them respond proactively and adapt as industrial workflows become increasingly dynamic.

The launch supports ProGlove’s broader vision of Workforce Intelligence: using connected technology and data from the point of work to help organizations understand operations, identify opportunities for improvement and create safer, healthier and more productive workplaces.

ProPulse attendees were among the first to experience MARK Pro and see how it extends the role of the wearable beyond scanning within the wider ProGlove technology ecosystem.

From AI and robotics to real-world transformation

The ProPulse program combines emerging technology with practical perspectives from organizations implementing transformation at scale.

Mike Baricevich, Director of Operations and Vendor Compliance at Gap, discussed the evolution from command and collaboration toward predictive operations.

Michel Wagner, Senior IT Manager at Amazon, took attendees behind the scenes of Amazon Operations IT, while Robert Lillquist, Production Team Manager at Ford, returned to ProPulse with an update on BlueOval City and the evolution of next-generation manufacturing.

Steve Simmerman, Vice President Global Alliances at Locus Robotics, explored real-world robotics applications and intelligent fulfillment, and Tyler Barger, Senior Manager Supply Chain at Toyota, shared Toyota’s approach to smarter supply chain operations.

The ProPulse Trend Radar added perspectives from emerging technology companies Lio, Sereact, Peakboard, Stock, ProDex and TNG powered by MAI solutions, covering AI agents, Physical AI and robotics, low-code technology, inventory optimization and operational intelligence.

Recognizing innovation on the frontline

ProPulse 2026 concluded with the NextGen Award and Workforce Intelligence Award, with winners selected through audience voting.

The NextGen Award recognizes emerging companies developing new approaches to challenges in manufacturing, logistics and supply chain, while the Workforce Intelligence Award recognizes real-world technology implementations that create measurable operational and workforce impact.

The awards were presented during the ProPulse Connect evening experience at the Art Institute of Chicago.
